Yesterday was a great day for me in following my plan. I worked really hard and I was rewarded on the scale again this morning. I'm down over 2 pounds so far this week and nearly 5 pounds for the month. I hope to hit bigger numbers than that, but I need to be happy with progress in any degree.
Today is going to be a more difficult day. It is hard to lose big amounts of weight day after day, but I need to try. Today is going to be difficult because I have lost so much weight over the past 2 days and it is a Saturday so I am out of my normal routine that I am in Monday through Friday. I plan to do what I've been doing to keep losing weight, but since I've lost so much over the past few days I'm not expecting to lose a lot more weight today. Maybe that isn't the right attitude to have, or maybe it is realistic.
