Yesterday I followed my plan perfectly and I was rewarded on the scale this morning. I walked for 30 minutes on the treadmill. I didn't eat after 5 p.m., and I had a restful night of sleep for 8 hours. I woke up this morning feeling great. I was excited to get on the scale and I was not disappointed.
Losing weight is fun when it happens. I know my plan works and it is just a matter of sticking to it. That is easier said than done most days, but when I focus on the fact that I will be hopping on the scale in the morning, it makes it worth it.
I'm curious, do you have a plan that works or do you struggle to know what to do?
