249.8 pounds. - 0.4 pounds today, - 0.1 pounds this week, - 83.2 pounds overall.
I followed my plan yesterday and was rewarded on the scale this morning. What now? I have to build on this win and make it two, then do it again the next day.
Success, even if it is small, needs to be coupled with another success, and another and another. The more of these daily victories I can string together, the easier it will be to achieve my goals.
So I fight on, knowing there will be a temptation to think that I've lost weight so I don't need to worry about the next day, but the opposite is true. I need to protect my wins like my life depends upon it.
I'd love to know what you do to keep your momentum going (I need all the tips I can get!).
