250.2 pounds. - 0.0 pounds today, + 0.3 pounds this week, - 82.8 pounds overall.
I followed my plan fairly well yesterday but the scale didn't move this morning. That is discouraging. It is easy to keep going when you succeed, but what do you do when you follow your plan and don't succeed?
I know what not to do. I can't give up. How? I have to keep believing, keep working, keep striving. I know I'll get there if I keep going.
