Success! Movement In The Right Direction

250.2 pounds. - 0.2 pounds today, + 0.3 pounds this week,  - 82.8 pounds overall.

Success. I “only” lost 0.2 pounds, but that’s movement in the right direction, and that matters. Progress doesn’t have to be dramatic to be real.

I’m just one day into my new plan of focusing no longer than a week at a time, and it’s already working. Looking at an entire month leaves too much room for distraction and lost focus. A week feels doable.

I feel motivated to put up a good number this week. I don’t need to worry about next week yet. I can let that take care of itself. What I do know is that I can stay focused for seven days and make a difference in that time, even if the scale doesn’t move every single day.

This shift has made me feel empowered. Short-term focus keeps me present, consistent, and confident. And when I stack enough good weeks together, the long-term results will follow.
