248.4 pounds. + 0.4 pounds today, - 84.6 pounds overall, - 3.6 pounds toward my goal of losing 10 pounds in January.
I went out to eat last night with family and I paid for it on the scale this morning. It was great to get together and enjoy an evening out. I didn't eat as poorly as I normally would have in the past, but I still ate after 5 p.m. and I gained weight because of it.
You can't always follow your plan exactly. Life gets in the way. You need to live life, especially when family is involved. Weight loss can wait.
When you have an event that knocks you off your schedule the goal should be to minimize the damage to your progress. Last night I ate reasonably, so even though I gained wait, I didn't gain too much.
