250.7 pounds, - 1.3 pounds, - 82.3 pounds overall, 8.7 pounds to go to reach my goal of losing 20 pounds by January 1st.
It is so fun when I follow my plan and I'm rewarded on the scale for doing so. Yesterday was a great day. I didn't eat after 5 p.m., I had 8 hours of sleep, and I walked for 30 minutes and I lifted weights. It felt good to exercise but I was wondering about how much time it was taking. I guess it was worth it because I lost 1.3 pounds!
I'm finally getting over being sore from my initial weight lifting. I'm excited to keep this going because it is fun to do, it makes me feel good, and I'm seeing more and more information about how important lifting weights is to health and longevity.
Today is going to be a difficult day for exercising. I have to work extended hours today so I might not get my workout in. This makes it all the more important for me to make sure to not eat after 5 p.m. I'm excited for the day and I'm excited to jump on the scale tomorrow morning!
