252.0 pounds, - 1.5 pounds, - 81.0 pounds overall, 10.0 pounds to go to reach my goal of losing 20 pounds by January 1st.
I'm half way there. I'm really excited about hitting this milestone. I lost 1.5 pounds yesterday so I'm 10 pounds down for the month and I am 10 pounds from my goal!
Yesterday was a great day. I followed my plan exactly and I stepped it up a notch. I had a great night of sleep, I didn't eat after 5 p.m., and I exercised. I walked for 30 minutes in the Zone 2 target heart rate. On top of that I lifted weights. That is proving to really help me lose weight, and I feel great when I get done. It is fun to be lifting weights again after years of not doing so.
Today will be a great day with work to keep me busy. I'm going to workout after work and if I can keep from eating after 5 p.m. I hope to lose weight again on the scale tomorrow morning. We'll see what happens.
