Sticking To The Plan Works!

I followed my plan perfectly yesterday and was rewarded again on the scale this morning! I had a full night of sleep, I didn't eat after 5 p.m., and I walked for 30 minutes on my treadmill. It wasn't hard. I feel great physically and it was such a wonderful feeling to see the results on the scale this morning.

Today is going to be another great day. I have a full day of work to keep me busy and I plan on not eating after 5 p.m. I'm very thankful that I have a treadmill to walk on since it is so cold outside. This weekend it isn't expected to get above zero degrees. That's not weather I want to walk in. 

We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
