Yesterday was a great day. It wasn't reflected on the scale this morning, but it progress is measured in more than a weight on the scale. My progress yesterday was measured in new habits being formed that will result in more good days on the scale.
Even though the habit is new, I was successful in exercising yet again. It felt great. I would have lost weight on the scale this morning if I hadn't eaten too much. I know where my mistake lies so now I need to address it.
Today is a day to build on yesterday's progress.
