I didn't lose weight on the scale this morning, but I made progress with my exercise, so I'm excited about that. I'm going to build on this momentum throughout the coming week.
Yesterday I went for on a big hike with my son and even though I didn't lose weight I was back at exercising and it felt great. Today I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. More exercising, more good feelings.
I need to keep this going and I know I'll see more progress on the scale soon.
I'm curious, how you measure progress beyond the scale?
