259.8 pounds, - 0.6 pounds since yesterday, - 73.2 pounds overall, 17.8 pounds to go to reach my goal of losing 20 pounds by January 1st.
Yesterday was a great day. I didn't get my exercising in, but I did manage to not eat after 5 p.m. That has been a hard habit to get back into after my Thanksgiving indulgence weekend. I'm so proud that I did that as it feels great to be rewarded in the morning on the scale.
I've incorporated a new protein source in my diet: sardines. I have them on crackers with a little flavored mayo and that is a great lunch. It tastes great and fills me up so I'm able to not eat after 5 p.m. Intermittent fasting is fantastic for weight loss.
If you eat sardines I would love to hear if you have suggestions on the brands that you like or ways that you suggest to eat them!
