260.8 pounds, - 0.6 pounds since yesterday, - 72.2 pounds overall, 18.8 pounds from my goal of losing 20 pounds.
Yesterday was a better day. I ate better and lost another 0.6 pounds. I need to include exercise in my daily routine. If I can do that I can be on track to my goal.
Today is going to be a difficult day. I have a busy day at work and I will be busy after work. I won't have time to exercise, so eating right is more important than ever. We'll see what happens, and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
