249.6 pounds, - 0.8 pounds since my last weigh-in, - 83.4 pounds overall, 16.6 pounds from my goal of losing 100 pounds.
My progress is slower than I would like, but it is progress non the less. I'm eating better but still not exercising. I need to get up early to so I can go on a walk. I'm encouraged by my weight loss and I'm excited to make as much progress as possible before Thanksgiving.
What are your plans for holiday weight loss?
