250.4 pounds, - 0.4 pounds since my last weigh-in, - 82.6 pounds overall, 17.4 pounds from my goal of losing 100 pounds.
Yesterday was a great day. I followed my plan a little closer and was rewarded with losing a bit more weight. I have not been able to exercise since it is dark when I get done with work. I miss my walks at the state park throughout the week. I need to find new ways to exercise during the winter. In the meantime, I need to focus on eating right and not eating after 5 pm. If I can do that I should continue to lose weight.
