250.8 pounds, - 0.3 pounds since my last weigh-in, - 82.2 pounds overall, 17.8 pounds from my goal of losing 100 pounds.
I am thrilled to have turned the tide from my past week of overeating. I didn't follow my plan exactly yesterday but I did eat more sensibly. I sprained my ankle yesterday so I won't be able to do my 2 mile walk for a few days. Once I can get back to walking then I will be able to lose weight more quickly. Losing 0.3 pounds feelx great, all things considered.
Today I need to get closer to my plan of not eating after 5 p.m. If I can do that I know that I'll lose weight.
