244.0 pounds, - 0.2 pounds today, - 89.0 pounds overall, 11.0 pounds from my goal of losing 100 pounds.
I followed my plan yesterday and lost 0.2 pounds. It wasn’t easy, and honestly, I was hoping for more. My progress has been slow lately, and I wish the results would come faster.
But the good news is that I’ve kept my head in the game and I’m still at it. That’s what matters most. Every healthy choice adds up, even when the scale moves slowly.
As long as I keep showing up, sticking to my plan, and doing the work, the results will come. Progress may be slow, but it’s still progress—and that’s how lasting change happens.
