I ate too much yesterday and gained 0.6 pounds. The good news is that I still walked 2 miles.
We’re having amazing weather for Minnesota in early October—temperatures in the high 80s! It’s been so fun to get outside and walk in the sunshine.
I’m hoping to spend a lot of time outdoors this weekend and be more mindful of my eating so I can lose some weight. We’ll see what happens, but for now, I’m grateful for the fresh air, the sunshine, and another chance to move forward.
Lesson learned: Enjoy the journey, stay active, and let progress follow.
