I’m getting back in my groove and I lost 0.3 pounds! I walked 2 miles and stuck with intermittent fasting.

The key now is consistency. I need to keep going, making baby steps each day as I build momentum.

Progress is progress, and every step forward deserves to be celebrated, no matter how small.

Lesson learned: Small wins create big momentum.
