249.3 pounds, - 0.3 pounds today, - 84.7 pounds overall, 15.3 pounds from my goal of losing 100 pounds!
Yesterday I did a better job following my plan and it paid off. The scale showed a 0.3-pound loss. I skipped a meal and got in a 2-mile walk.
It had been a week since I last walked, and I could definitely tell. It wasn’t too strenuous, but it was more difficult than before. The good news is that today I walked again, this time with a weighted vest. It can go up to 60 pounds, but I started with 24. It felt great to push myself a little further.
I’m excited to see how I feel tomorrow morning, and I’m hopeful that the extra effort will show up on the scale. We’ll see what happens—but either way, I know I’m moving in the right direction.
