I didn’t follow my plan yesterday, but the scale stayed the same. Sure, it would have been nice to see a loss, but I’m thankful I didn’t gain.
After being on the road last week, it always takes me a day or two to settle back into my routine. Yesterday was one of those days. But today is a new opportunity.
If I stick to my plan, I know I’ll lose weight. The key is having a sense of urgency and putting the plan into play—not tomorrow, not next week, but today.
Consistency brings results, and today is my chance to prove that to myself.
