248.0 pounds, + 1.0 pounds today, - 88.8 pounds overall, 15.0 pounds from my goal of losing 100 pounds!
I’ll admit it—I haven’t kept my eye on the ball this weekend, and the scale shows it with another pound gained.
The reason? Time with family. That meant shared meals, good conversations, and yes, some delicious food that wasn’t part of my plan. I did manage to get my 2-mile walk in a few times, but not enough to balance things out.
If nothing else, this weekend was a reminder that my plan works. When I follow it, the weight comes off. When I don’t, the weight goes up. It’s that simple.
Now it’s time to get refocused. This journey isn’t about never stumbling—it’s about learning, adjusting, and moving forward with determination.
