247.0 pounds, + 0.9 pounds today, - 87.8 pounds overall, 14.0 pounds from my goal of losing 100 pounds!
Last night I took my wife out to eat, and when I stepped on the scale this morning, I was up 0.9 pounds. And you know what? It was worth it.
The weather was beautiful, the night was special, and it was a wonderful evening together. I missed my 2-mile walk and I didn’t stick to intermittent fasting, but life isn’t about following the plan perfectly every single day. It’s about balance.
I’m actually glad I only gained 0.9 pounds. That’s a small price to pay for a memory that mattered.
Today is a new day, and it’s time to get back at it. I’m determined to follow my plan and move closer to my next milestone: losing 100 pounds.
Every step counts, every choice adds up, and each day is another chance to keep pushing forward.
