253.2 pounds, -0.8 pounds today, -79.8 pounds overall, 20.2 pounds from my next goal.

I’ve issued myself a challenge: to hit my goal in September of losing 100 pounds.

I came within less than a pound of hitting my milestone of losing 100 pounds total—but then I took my eyes off the prize. Over the past few weeks, I slipped back into old habits, eating with abandon. The scale reflects those choices, and now it’s time to refocus.

My target for September is simple but tough: finally hit that 100-pound mark. It won’t be easy, especially since I need to get back into the rhythm of steady weight loss again. But I’m encouraged because I’m already off to a good start—I saw a loss on the scale this morning.

The plan hasn’t changed because it works: intermittent fasting, walking 2 miles a day, staying consistent

The key now is to keep my eyes on the prize every single day. Focus on making progress daily, no matter how small, and trust that the results will follow.

This is my September challenge—and I’m ready to rise to it.
