246.2 pounds, + 0.0 pounds today, - 86.8 pounds overall, 13.2 pounds from my next goal.

I didn’t lose weight yesterday, but I didn’t gain any either. After so many days in a row of watching the number climb, I’ll gladly take that as a win!

The best part is that I finally got back out for a walk—the first time in a number of days. Walking 2 miles again felt so good. It reminded me how important rhythm and consistency are, and how much better I feel when I move.

On top of that, I ate better than I had in previous days. It wasn’t perfect, but it was progress. And progress is exactly what I need to build on.

Now it’s time to use that momentum. One solid day leads to the next, and step by step, the scale will start moving in the right direction again.

Sometimes success is about holding the line. Other times it’s about pushing forward. Either way, the key is to keep going.
