Last night we had homemade pizza, and I didn’t exercise—so it’s no surprise that the scale showed another 2-pound gain this morning.
The good news? I know exactly what caused it. And that means I know exactly what I need to do to fix it.
Today’s plan is simple: walk 2 miles and stick to intermittent fasting.
I’ve gained enough recently that if I stay disciplined, I’m confident the weight will come back down. This journey is about recognizing where things went wrong, correcting course, and moving forward.
I may not control yesterday anymore, but I absolutely control today. And today, I choose progress.
Step by step, meal by meal—I will get back on track.
