I’m just 1 pound away from losing 100 pounds! I can’t believe how close I am to this milestone. Yesterday was a great day—I followed my plan with intermittent fasting and walked 2 miles with my daughter at the state park. It was really hot and humid (98% after the rain!), but I pushed through and was rewarded with a 0.7-pound loss.
Being this close to 100 pounds down fills me with excitement and gratitude. I feel healthier, stronger, and more motivated than ever.
Today will be a little more challenging. My schedule is packed—work, lunch with friends, and a haircut after work. I’ll stick with intermittent fasting, but I need to be mindful at lunch to make good choices. I also hope I can fit in my walk after everything else.
I know I may not hit my milestone tomorrow morning, especially since the last few days have already been big wins—but whether it’s tomorrow or a few days from now, I know I’ll get there. The important thing is to stay consistent, stay disciplined, and keep moving forward.
The finish line for this goal is right in front of me, and I’m ready to cross it.
