Yesterday, I stayed in the fight and the scale rewarded me with another 1.3-pound loss. Every time I push through, I’m reminded that the only way forward is to keep showing up.
Right now, my focus is clear: losing another 10 pounds. I’ve got 8.5 to go, and I know exactly how to get there—by sticking to my plan of intermittent fasting and walking 2 miles a day. If I do that today, I’ll be setting myself up for another win on the scale tomorrow morning.
