I’m getting closer to my next goal! Yesterday I lost 0.5 pounds by sticking to my intermittent fasting plan and walking 2 miles.

It was a beautiful night for a walk at William O’Brien State Park—warm but not hot, and thankfully the bugs weren’t an issue. I’m so glad I made the time to get out there. Every step felt like progress, not just toward my goal, but toward better health overall.

Tonight will be a different story—storms are in the forecast. I’ll try to get a walk in if I can, but either way, I’ll be sticking with intermittent fasting. The goal is to keep moving forward, no matter what the weather (or life) throws my way.

Here’s to another day of effort, consistency, and building momentum. We’ll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
