I’m only 2 pounds away from my next goal!
Yesterday, I was still under the weather with a cold, so my appetite was low. I had just one bowl of chicken noodle soup—enough to give my body some fuel to heal. Even without exercise, that lighter day helped me drop 2 pounds.
Today, I’m feeling a little better. I’m still coughing and sneezing, so I’m going to listen to my body and make rest a priority. But I also know the weather is perfect—blue skies today and tomorrow before rain moves in this weekend. If I can, I’ll get out for even a short walk. Not to push myself too hard, but to remind myself that I’m still in control of my journey.
This isn’t just about the scale—it’s about showing up every day, doing what I can, and never giving up. Progress happens when you keep moving forward, even on the tough days.
