A Great Day, a Clear Mind, and 2 Pounds Down. 246.6 pounds, - 0.2 pounds today, - 86.4 pounds overall, 6.6 pounds from my next goal
Yesterday was one of those days where everything just clicked.
I followed my plan perfectly: intermittent fasting, staying active, and making smart choices—and I woke up this morning to see a 2-pound loss on the scale. That felt amazing.
The weather was incredible: temps in the 70s, dry air, and that first real hint of fall in the air. After a productive day getting things done around the house, I capped it off with a beautiful dusk walk. It was the perfect way to end a productive, healthy day.
Today is shaping up to be another great one. The forecast looks perfect again, and I’m hoping to head over to the local state park for my walk. As long as I stick with intermittent fasting and avoid overeating, I’m hopeful I’ll keep the momentum going and see more progress tomorrow.
