I’m down another 2.1 pounds, and it feels amazing!
The plan works—intermittent fasting and walking 2 miles a day—if I stick to it. Yesterday was a great example of that. I followed through, stayed consistent, and saw the results on the scale. That kind of progress is always encouraging.
I still have a long road ahead to reach my ultimate goal, but I’m learning to focus on what I can control—and that’s today. Just today.
It’s a beautiful day out, though the smoke from the Canadian wildfires is hanging in the air, which might make exercising outside a little questionable. I’ll have to play it by ear on whether I get my walk in. But I can intermittent fast—and I will.
