I guess I really did get serious!
I’m so glad I gave myself the push I needed. Yesterday, I followed my plan—intermittent fasting and a 2-mile walk—and it paid off big time. I lost 2.2 pounds, and it feels amazing.
Now the goal is to build on that momentum. I need to stack together more days like yesterday to keep moving toward my next milestone: getting to 240 pounds.
Today should be a good one. I’ve got a full day of work to keep me focused, and I’m planning to get a walk in tonight. If I can stick to my fasting window and get moving again, I’m hopeful the scale will keep heading in the right direction.
We’ll see what happens today—and what the scale says tomorrow morning!
