It’s time to reset and refocus.
I gained 1 pound yesterday after a day of poor eating and no real exercise. The heat was brutal, so we went to the Mall of America to walk around and shop—but it wasn’t enough to balance out the choices I made with food.
Since hitting my last goal, I’ve put on 6 pounds. And I can feel it.
Now it’s time to get serious—not just about losing those 6 pounds, but about pushing forward to the next milestone: dropping another 10 on top of that.
Today is the day I turn the tide.
Back to intermittent fasting. Back to intentional movement. Back to feeling in control.
