A little progress is better than no progress.
Yesterday, I followed my plan—I walked 2 miles, stuck with intermittent fasting, and the scale showed a 0.2-pound loss. It’s not a huge number, but it’s movement in the right direction—and that’s what matters.
After a tough couple of days, it feels good to be back on track. Now I just need to keep showing up, one day at a time. Small steps add up, and I’m committed to staying consistent.
