It was cold and rainy yesterday—but I didn’t let that stop me. I still got out for my 2-mile walk, and with intermittent fasting, it paid off: I lost 1.5 pounds.
My next goal—losing another 10 pounds and reaching 240 pounds—is in sight. I’ve got 9.6 pounds to go, and while I know that won’t happen in just a week, I also know that every day matters.
I may not hit that milestone by next week, but if I take advantage of each day, I’ll be so much closer—and that will feel incredible. It’s about steady progress, not perfection.
Today looks like another great day. The weather is beautiful, and if I get the chance, I’d love to walk farther than usual. Paired with intermittent fasting, I’m hopeful I’ll see another drop on the scale tomorrow.
Here’s to showing up, staying focused, and getting closer—one day at a time.
