Goal Reached—20 Pounds Down! 250.0 pounds, - 2.6 pounds today, - 83.0 pounds overall, 10.0 pounds from my next goal

I did it! I officially hit my next goal—10 more pounds lost, bringing me to 20 pounds down since June 13th.

It wasn’t always easy, and it definitely wasn’t always pretty. There were ups, downs, setbacks, and hard days. But I stuck with it, pushed through the tough moments, and kept fighting—even after gaining some weight along the way. And now I’m one big step closer to my ultimate goal of getting under 200 pounds.

Yesterday was a big part of that win. I fasted all day and walked 2 miles in the heat, and that effort led to a 2.6-pound drop on the scale.

Now it’s time to set my sights on the next milestone: losing another 10 pounds.

Today will be a challenge. The heat index is expected to hit 100°, and there are storms in the forecast. That may make it tough to get my walk in. But if I can stick to my intermittent fasting, I’ll count that as a win. And if the weather keeps me inside, it might be a good opportunity to finally start working out with weights.

The journey continues—one goal at a time.
