Yesterday was a big day—I walked 6 miles across two different hikes and felt great the whole time. No issues with my leg injury, which was a huge relief. Most of that walking happened at William O'Brien State Park, where I explored a trail I’d never hiked before. It was absolutely beautiful, and I’m already looking forward to going back.
The best part? Between all that walking and sticking to my intermittent fasting plan, I lost 2.1 pounds!
I’m feeling energized, encouraged, and excited to see what the rest of this month holds. Today is shaping up to be another great day. I plan to walk again after work, and hopefully, the scale will keep moving in the right direction.
We’ll see what happens—and what the scale says tomorrow morning. One day at a time.
