Success!
I went out to eat last night with a friend at a fantastic restaurant—and I stuck to my plan. No splurging, no overdoing it—just smart choices and staying mindful. Earlier in the day, I followed my intermittent fasting schedule, and it all paid off.
This morning, the scale showed a 0.9-pound loss—and I was thrilled. That number represents discipline, planning, and the payoff of sticking with it even when it's tough.
Now I’m just 4.3 pounds away from my next goal!
Tonight we’re off to a family rodeo, and my plan is to stop eating by 5 p.m. If I can do that, I’m hopeful I’ll see more progress tomorrow morning.
