Tonight, I’m meeting a friend for dinner, and I’ll admit—I’m a little nervous about staying on track. Eating out can be tricky, especially when it’s easy to order impulsively or get swept up in the moment.
To stay ahead of that, I’ve already looked at the menu online and picked out what I’ll order. That way, I can enjoy the evening without stressing or making choices I’ll regret later.
