I was reminded—yet again—that it’s much easier to stick with the plan than it is to get back into it.
Yesterday, I got back to my routine of intermittent fasting and exercise after a four-day holiday weekend of doing neither. And I’ll be honest: it was tough. Walking felt like a chore, even though the weather was perfect. Eating right felt unnatural, simply because I had slipped out of the habit.
But I did it.
And now I’m counting on today being a little easier, now that I’ve got one solid day under my belt. The scale only moved by 0.1 pounds, but that’s still a step in the right direction. Progress is progress.
Today, I’m focused on building momentum and pushing closer to my next milestone—dropping the next 10 pounds and getting under 250. That number is in sight, and I’m determined to get there.
Thank you to all of you who read this and cheer me on. Your support means more than you know—it keeps me going on the hard days, and I’m so grateful for it.
