I’m down 1.7 pounds today after walking 2.5 miles and sticking to my intermittent fasting plan — and I’m feeling great.
It’s amazing how much of a difference a few consistent days can make. The energy is coming back, the scale is moving, and most importantly, I feel like I’m headed in the right direction.
Now the key is to keep up the momentum. No coasting. No getting comfortable. Just continuing to make one good choice at a time.
Success doesn’t come from one great day — it comes from stringing them together.
