June was a good month — not perfect, but definitely progress.
I lost 8.8 pounds. That’s something I’m proud of.
It wasn’t all smooth sailing. There were a few trips, celebrations, and moments in the middle of the month that set me back a bit. But even with those bumps in the road, I stayed the course. I got back on track. And most importantly, I ended the month trending in the right direction.
Now I’m heading into July with momentum — and I’m excited.
I’ve gotten back into an exercise routine with walking, and it feels great. The weather has been fantastic, which makes it even easier to stay active and enjoy being outside. And beyond one wedding, I don’t have many events this month that could throw me off track.
That means I’ve got a real opportunity to make major progress in July — and I’m ready to go for it.
Here’s to consistency, focus, and a whole lot of walking. Let’s see what I can accomplish this month!
