I hit a big milestone: I’ve officially lost over 10 pounds and I’m out of the 260s!
Each 10-pound milestone feels incredible. It’s a tangible reminder that what I’m doing is working — and that I’m moving in the right direction. Now it’s time to set my sights on the next 10.
Yesterday was another strong day. I stayed on track with my plan and was really active in the evening. I mowed the lawn, and then — instead of plopping down on the couch — I drove over to William O’Brien State Park and hiked the 2-mile loop. It was warm and humid, but surprisingly, the mosquitoes weren’t too bad. The trail was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what I needed.
I’m so glad I chose to get outside and move rather than just watch TV. It’s those decisions that make all the difference — and last night reminded me how much I love being active outdoors.
As for today, I’m not sure what’s ahead, but I do know this: I want to be active again. Whether it’s another hike, a walk, or something around the house, I want to keep this momentum going.
Let’s keep stacking the wins. On to the next milestone!
