I walked 2.5 miles yesterday — and I’m down 1.8 pounds this morning. That’s a win in every way.
Intermittent fasting is working. Getting back into walking is working. And more importantly, sticking to the plan is working.
After months of feeling stuck and sidelined by injury, it feels amazing to see real movement — on the scale and in my body. My legs are getting stronger, my mindset is getting sharper, and my confidence is growing every day.
The combination of intermittent fasting and walking feels like a formula I can stick with. It’s simple, sustainable, and clearly effective. I’m not chasing perfection — I’m just staying consistent.
So here’s to more movement, more progress, and more days like this.
