After a weekend of a little too much indulgence, I’m happy to say I’m back on track — down 0.7 pounds this morning!
It feels good to start the week with a win. I know weekends can be tricky (and this one definitely was), but today reminded me that progress comes when I stay consistent and refocus quickly.
This week, I want to make real progress.
The weather is beautiful right now, and I want to take full advantage of it. That means making walking a regular part of my daily routine — not just something I do when I "have time," but something I prioritize.
Walking clears my head, boosts my energy, and helps me stay in the right mindset. It’s such a simple habit, but it makes a big difference.
So here’s the plan:
✅ Stick with intermittent fasting
✅ Get outside and walk every day
✅ Stay mindful and intentional with food choices
✅ Keep stacking wins
