How do you keep your momentum going? For me, I want to ride the wave that I'm on for as long as I can. There is no better time to make progress than when you are making progress. It might not always be easy to do, but everything is there to keep you moving forward, so keep riding the wave.

Yesterday was a great day. Work kept me busy all day and I managed not to eat after 5 p.m. I exercised in Zone 2 for 30 minutes and I had 8 hours of solid sleep. This is my formula for success and it is working for me, so I am going to keep at it. 

Today is going to be a great day. I have a full day of work and there is no reason I shouldn't be able to follow my plan. I am excited to get out of the 230s and I'm really close now, so I need to keep pushing to hit that goal as soon as possible. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
