Keep Fighting. 232.6 pounds, - 0.3 pounds today, - 1.2 pounds this week, - 21.4 in 2025, - 100.4 pounds overall

What do you do when you feel like giving up? Don't. You can't stop now. You've come to far. You have to remember why you are doing this. Think of your family, your friends, your life. Don't quit, keep fighting. I need to encourage myself to keep fighting all of the time. It would be easy to quit and I can't let myself do that. 

Yesterday was a great day. I fought to not eat after 5 p.m. It was difficult, but I managed to do it and I was rewarded on the scale this morning for doing it and even if I didn't lose a lot of weight, it was progress in the right direction. I need to do the same thing again today. 

Today is going to be a great day. I have a full day of work to keep me busy and tonight we are due to get snow so it will be fun to watch a movie while we watch the snow fall outside. If I can keep from eating after 5 p.m. and exercise for 30 minutes and get a full night of sleep then I hope to lose weight again. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
