What do you do when your progress is slow? In the past I've typically given up. Not this time. Now, I am forcing myself to keep going.
Yesterday was a great day. I followed my plan perfectly and I did lose weight on the scale this morning. It was a little cold outside with the wind so I didn't go walking like I had planned, but I did exercise for 30 minutes in Zone 2. II just didn't lose as much as I was hoping, especially since I had lost a lot in the past and it had been 3 days without any significant weight loss. At this point I'll take what I can get. Progress is progress, right?
Today is going to be a great day. I have a full day of work to keep me busy and I have things to do tonight to keep me from eating after 5 p.m. That, combined with 8 hours of sleep and 30 minutes of exercise in Zone 2 should do the trick. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
