What do you do when you hit a wall? I have definitely hit a plateau in my weight loss journey. This is the third day in a row where I've basically been at the same weight, which probably shouldn't be a big deal, but after having lost weight so consistently I've grown to expect it, especially if I've been following my plan.

I've been pretty rigorous about my plan the past week and to stall out the last three days is discouraging. However, I need to realize that the body adjusts to what is going on and it isn't always going to give the same results. Realistically, hitting a plateau should be expected along the way. The question is, what am I going to do about it.

I am going to keep pushing through. Today is going to be a great day because I'm choosing to make it a great day. Weekend days are always the hardest for me, but I need to keep fighting to follow my plan and I will lose weight again eventually. Today I plan on adding to my exercise routine by getting outside and going for a hike. The weather is going to be fantastic with highs near 30 degrees. If I do that and follow my plan I should lose weight. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
